I am writing to commend you for the outstanding job you did removing smoke residue from my 2010 Jaguar XF!

When my car was prepared for shipping, the factory inadvertently added too much undercoating. Thus, when I purchased the car and started home the undercoating interacted with the catalytic converter and this interaction created intense heat and subsequent burning which, in turn, caused a cloud of smoke to engulf the car. Needless to say the smoke entered the car and caused a horrible burnt smoke smell!

The dealership tried several approaches to resolve this problem to no avail. However, someone suggested your company – BioSweep of Dallas – and that is when you entered the picture. And, your BioSweep process completely removed the odors to the extent that my motorcar actually smells better than a new car because all of the bacteria have been removed in addition to the other agents!
