I am a contractor in Tyler, Texas who was renovating a 3000 square foot home that had a SEVERE odor from animal and human urine and feces. I had tried everything I knew to do to treat the odor including ozone machines and enzyme odor removers. I had even removed all the flooring (and a lot of the drywalls) and treated the concrete slab several times with an enzyme odor remover. I am writing to commend you for the outstanding job you did removing smoke residue from my 2010 Jaguar XF! When my car was prepared for shipping, the factory inadvertently added too much undercoating. Thus, when I purchased the car and started home the undercoating interacted with the catalytic converter and this interaction created intense heat and subsequent burning which, in turn, caused a cloud of smoke to engulf the car.
